All bookings must be made through our online booking system, EOLA. If the course you’re interested in is not listed or availablem, please call the centre at 01444 892549 for assistance.

Information
Insurance
Ardingly Activity Centre boats, equipment and staff are insured against accident and third party liability. However, personal insurance against injury, accident or loss whilst at Ardingly Activity Centre is the responsibility of the client. Ardingly Activity Centre accepts no responsibility for any such injury, accident, damage or loss to the client if they fail to follow guidance, rules or instruction from the Activity Centre staff.
You are advised to take out your own insurance to cover against accident, injury, loss of personal possessions and also as cover against having to cancel your course.
Physical Fitness
- You should be fit enough to swim 25 meters in light clothing.
- All students must advise Ardingly Activity Centre on the booking form of any illness or medical disability.
- Any students suffering from asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, giddy spells, angina or other heart conditions, should check with their doctor before making a booking and be in a position to produce a note from their doctor if required.

Conditions
The centre reserves the right to:
- Take photographs of students during activities. The images may be used for publicity as an image, on video, on our website or in printed publication.
- Cancel any course – in such cases all fees will be refunded unless alternative dates are offered and accepted.
- Request a student withdraw from a course at any time.
- Increase fees without notice, however there will be no change to confirmed booking.
- Cancel the course if the number of students enrolled has not reached the minimum requirement.
- If you give more than four weeks notice of cancellation, only the deposit is forfeited. If less that four weeks notice is given, then the full fee will be payable.
